about

Originally released as two separate CD-rs.
R'out 4002 was originally recorded and released in October 2004 as "Tour 2004 EP" prior to DS:P! heading out on their first US tour with SF electro-rap blaster Gold Chains. On the morning of the first show, the band found themselves caught in a freak blizzard in the northern panhandle of Texas. This was also the day George W. Bush was elected to a second term in office. The tone of the tour was pretty much set there....

Festival Of Ghosts was recorded and released as a CD-r in 2005. Nobody can really remember precisely when.

Both e.p.s were recorded by the band in a wooden shed behind a house on Capp St. in San Francisco and both were mixed with George Patterson at Reliant Recording, also in San Francisco.

In January 2007, Upset the Rhythm combined both e.p.s and released them as a single 12". The record came in a silk-screened, card stock jacket and looked and sounded sick as all get out.
